  • Some people really should do a better job of verifying the addresses for transactional email as well. There is a cruise company in New Zealand, with a customer who shares my name (different middle name though) and I get all his cruise bookings. Recently I even got a response to a complaint he submitted. I don’t know if he ever saw the response or if he thinks they ignored the complaint.

    I have told them several times that they have the wrong email address, but they just ignore me.
