Postmaster pages
Mail.ru provides a postmaster page in English at postmaster.mail.ru. On the postmaster site, you can also sign up for a statistics service that gives you data similar to the SNDS program, plus some more marketing specific information like true opens.
Feedback loop
There is a FBL provided at FBL Signup. Users must create a mail.ru account in order to sign up for the FBL, but as mail.ru is a free service, this isn’t a big deal. There’s some challenges with translation of the site, but I can link you to a translated version of the FBL signup instructions. Like Yahoo, the Mail.ru FBL is DKIM based.
